Recommended software downloads: Below are links to general freeware programs that I highly recommend for learning chemistry. They are very professional, worthwhile chemistry tools.

1. Chemistry Assistant 2.2 : Performs mathematical operations, molecular weight calculations, U.S. to metric conversions and lists physical constants.
2.
Periodic Table of the Elements 2.10 : Basic data on the elements. Shows how the physical state of elements change with temperature. Also does calculations.
3. Graph : Program by Ivan Johansen. Plots functions and point series in cartesian and polar coordinates. Computes derivatives, integrals and trend lines.
4. FNGraph and Algebrus : Two additional graphing programs. These have higher learning curves, but each is excellent in its own right. Recommended for advanced users.
5. WebElements : (Online Resource) The place to go when you want to know something about the elements.
6. SI Units Defined: (Online Resource) Gives information on the definition of base units in the SI system.

7. Virtual Periodic Table w/ Element Samples: From RGB Research Ltd.
8. Chemistry Summary Guide (Provided by Kohl K. [Note that this information has not been verified for accuracy])
